She was predeceased by: her significant other John J.. She is survived by: her children, Colleen A Fay (Francis) and John J Jr. (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Kelsey, Brendan, Connor, Kiley and Emily; and her siblings, Jane Romany, Thomas O'Connor (Janet), Patricia Lacey (Alan) and Kevin O'Connor (Cindy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers. Donations be made in memory of Annice to: St. Bartholomew Church, Coalition to House the Homeless and Saint Elizabeth Sisters of Charity.
