He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Phillips and Lucille Phillips; his wife Peggy; his daughters, Ginger Balzer and Lori Phillips; and his grandson Evan Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Hardy of Elizabethtown, PA and Roger Phillips of Alburtis, PA.; his grandchildren, Dallas Parsons, Justin Balzer, Eric Balzer and Christian Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Claire and Charlotte Parsons. He is also survived by his family, friends.
