She was predeceased by: her grandson David Cielinski. She is survived by: her husband Edward Cielinski; her children, Donna Provenzano (Steven), David Cielinski and Judith Cielinski; and her grandchildren, Brianna Provenzano, Devin Cielinski, Alyssa Provenzano, Cara Provenzano, Matthew Cielinski, April Cielisnki and Erin Cielinski.
