He was predeceased by: his son Tom Butler; and his brother-in-law Bruce Olmstead. He is survived by: his wife Carol Burner (Pellegrin); his children, Douglas B. Burner, Deborah Pozaic (Burner), Cathy Daniels (Michael Daniels) and Barbara Wilson (Rich Wilson); his grandchildren, Levi, Carrie, Lucianne, Lindsey, Tucker, Kelsey and McKenna; and his sister Gail Olmstead. He is also survived by nieces and cousins.
