He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralston W. Russell, Jr. and Mary Russell (Murphy); his wife Lois Dietz; his children, Karen Becker (Dale), Greg (Annmarie), David (Sonya), Mary Morgan (Randall), Robert, Thomas (Ginny) and Edward; his grandchildren, Andrew, Sue, Alex, Zach, Christina, Jennifer, Steven, Andrea, Rachel of Sarah, TJ and Samantha; and his brother Richard Russell of Catonsville. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
