He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Goldsboro, Jr. and Peggy Gould Hart; his brother Ronald Hart; and his grandparents, Roland, Sr., Mary Goldsboro, Lenhart, Sr. and Edith Gould.
He is survived by: his sons, Perry T. Hart, Jr. (Rochelle) of Joliet, IL. and Keon Hart of Buffalo, NY; his siblings, Janice Lang, Doreen Gibbons (Sam), Gary Hart and Cecil Hart; his aunt Jane; and his uncle Cot. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, a host of other great uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
