She was predeceased by: her parents, John McNair and Josephine McNair (Lucas); her husband Ellsworth Harris; her sons, Michael, Alvin and Bruce Harris; her siblings, Leroy, Arbade, Houston, Willie Edward, Session, Kermit, Curtis, Mildred and Eunice; and her grandchildren, Alexander Hickman Jr. and Antina Franks.
She is survived by: her children, Glory Hickman, Katherine Dennis (Leroy), Orra Mae Hickman (Everett), Eleanor Harris, Elross Harris, Rita Lynn Stevens and Jeffrey Harris (Patricia); and her sibling Shirley McNair. She is also survived by twenty two grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren.
