He is survived by: his wife Bernice Phillips; his children, Lewis W. Phillips Jr. of North Jersey, David Phillips (Elissa) of Vineland, Ervin Phillips of Georgia, Eunice Phillips-Ziglar (Dwyane) of Fairfield Twp and Dale Broughton (Anthony) of Vineland; and his grandchildren, Terrence Purnell, David Phillips Jr., Anthony Broughton III, Branden Broughton, Sharon Phillips, Kirsten Ziglar, Giovanni Tirado, Vincent Phillips and Zachary Phillips. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
