He is survived by: his spouse Maxine Harris Allen; and his children, Ezra Dale of Florence, Leo Hoxey of Glassboro, Leona Allen of Millville, Alicia Cooper of Fairfield Twp, Anita Allen of Fairfield Twp, Leo Allen III of Vineland and Tina Young of Pennsgrove. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
