He was predeceased by: his parents, Felton Gould and Clara Douglas Gould; his grandmother Isabell Susan Gould; his sisters, Mariana Caesar and Roberta Cole; and his grandson Kevin Gould.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte D. Gould; his children, Elmer F. Gould, Jr. (Brandi), Nichelle Gould, Susan Gould-Watkins and Jonique Gould; his siblings, Douglas Clark (Kathy), Felton Gould (Diane), William Gould (Brenda), Oscar Gould (Joyce), Sharon Goodwin, Linda Bard Taylor, Clara Palmer and Dawn Many Feathers (Len); and his friends, Leroy Hickman, Steve Thomas, Michael Hughes, Ty Neal and Kathleen Bennett (Gould). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
