She was predeceased by: her parents, William Josiah and Mildred Alice Jacobs Parmelee. She is survived by: her children, James T. B. Fraser of Florida and Monica Butt (John); her siblings, Brooks Parmelee (Lauren Kempton) of New Haven, George Parmelee (Elly) of Tennessee, Donald Parmelee of Tenessee and Carol Parmelee (George Sturgis) of Branford; and her grandchildren, Morgan Joyner, Christopher Fraser and Joshua Fraser of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
