He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Haikey (Dreis) and Paul Alonzo Haikey; his brothers, Ronald, Thomas and Michael Mundy; and his brother-in-law Bob Iacuzio.
He is survived by: his sisters, Stella Scott-Iacuzio and Kathleen L; his close friends, Mark Burns, Steve Kille and Ken Krupinski; and also Dave Litzinger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
