He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Ann Kulesa; and his siblings, Agnes, Anthony, Bernard Kulesa and Bernadine Jacobs.
He is survived by: his children, Andrea Brienza (Pancrazio) of Maywood, Richard Kulesa (Kathleen) of Harding and Cara Benigno (Peter) of Kearny; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Anna, Grace, Josephine, Nicholas and Joseph; and his sisters, Teri Kulesa and Monica Kulesa.
