He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kruzelnick and Marion Kruzelnick (Hladych); and his son Richard J. Kruzelnick, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph R. Kruzelnick of Wantage, James R. Kruzelnick of Wantage, Brian P. Kruzelnick of Japan and Dallas J. Kruzelnick of Wantage; and his sister Linda Kruzelnick of Fair Lawn. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
