He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna Kuiken of Hardyston Twp; his children, Christian Kuiken (Kimberly) of Westtown, NY and Todd Kuiken (Nicolas) of Washington, DC.; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kate and CJ; and his siblings, Muriel Tolsma of Haledon, NJ and Henry Kuiken of Fair Lawn, NJ.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
