He was predeceased by: his father Albert W. Bell; and his sister Karen E. DeMartini. He is survived by: his mother Rita F. Bell (Dowling); his daughter Alison Bell; his sister Susan Lizzi (Richard); his nieces, Suzanne Lizzi (Travis), Carolyn Noce (Patrick) and Natalie DeMartini (Dennis Kromer); his nephew Paul DeMartini (Lauren); his great-nephew Joseph Lizzi; and his great-nieces, Evelyn DeMartini and Victoria DeMartini.
