She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Horn (Gary) and Barbara Triozzi (Paul); her grandchildren, Jennifer Horn, Michael Horn, Sr. (Allison), Vincent Triozzi and Victoria Triozzi; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Johnson-Horn and Michael Horn, Jr..
