She is survived by: her husband Manuel Felix; her children, Suzy Vovchuk (Gennady), Ricky Felix (Yolanda) and Evonne Keeler (Eric); her grandchildren, Derek, Dominic Vovchuk, Liam and Charleigh Felix; and her siblings, Luis, Antonio, Jose, Olivia and Rosalina Oliveira. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Celeste may be made to St. Anne RC Church.
