He was predeceased by: his son Stephen Rose (Beverly); and his sister Jacqueline O'Reilly. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Chrisler (Caputo); his children, Joseph J. Rose (Maureen), Paul Rose (Sandra), Peter Rose (Nita) and Janet Gibbons (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Jay, Geoffrey, Darcy, Heidi, Jodi, Katie, Sara, Jaime, Lauren, Chuck, Michelle, Jillian and Abigayle. He is also survived by his sons, nephews and their friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joseph may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
