He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. McIntosh and Millicent McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Luisa; his children, Ingrid Cooper (Michael) of Philadelphia, PA, Joseph McIntosh (Shannon) of Painted Post, NY and Melissa Horn (Robert) of Concord, NH.; his grandchildren, Emily, Kristen, Nathan, Isabella, Jacob, Penelope and Miles; and his siblings, Tony McIntosh (Delores) of Issaquah, WA, Millicent Sullivan (Daniel) and David McIntosh (Wendy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Colonial Home (13-31 Saddle River Rd, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cedar Lawn Cemetery (200 McLean Blvd, Paterson, NJ 07504).
