He is survived by: his wife Ana; his children, Carlos Rivera (Traci), James McGinn, IV (Dana), Leyla McGinn and Bernard Brito (Valeria); his grandchildren, Antonio of Erin, J. J., Alexis, Briana and Danny; his great grandchild Skye; and his sisters, Mary Miluk, Marian McGinn, Rosemarie Chostler and Kathy Beaudreau.
