He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Thieme and Liddy Thieme; his wife Joan Thieme; his children, Eric Thieme, Linda Delaney, Douglas Thieme (Donna) and Carl Thieme; and his grandchildren, Aline, Matthew, Joseph and Michael.
