Helen Metelow Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2023, at the age of 89, Helen Metelow of Fair Lawn, New Jersey, born in Throop, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Yuri Metelow; her parents, Michael Kapica and Valeria Kapica; her sister Eugenia; her brother-in-law Edward Yuhas; and her siblings, Michael, John, Nicholas, Wallace and Olga Kapica.
She is survived by: her children, Serge Metelow (Dana) and Valerie Metelow (Ray Losito); and her grandchildren, James and Alexandra Metelow. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Apostles Orthodox Church (17 Platt Avenue, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663) in Helen's name.
