He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Hoffman (Garrick); his children, David Hoffman (Martha) and Cheryl L. Cohen (Michael); his grandchildren, Christopher and Kaitlyn Cohen; and his sister Lorraine Hague.
