He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Caputo and Theresa Caputo; his siblings, Julie, Mildred, Rocco and Vincent; and his niece Phyliss.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gena (Dino) and Jennifer (Frank); his wife Francene of Clifton, NJ; his sister Mary Chrisler; his nephews, Michael and Vinnie Caputo; and his grandchildren, Gianna, Frankie, Anthony (Ambrosio), Julia, Victoria and Livia (DeVirgilio). He is also survived by his children.
