He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Dugan and Rose Dugan; his siblings, Patricia Dugan and Dominick Palestino (Patricia); and his nephew Mark Palestino.
He is survived by: his sisters, Doris DeWilde (Joe) and Marilyn Bojanowski (Wayne); his nieces and nephews, Brian Knoepfler, Michael Palestino, Jeffrey Palestino, Lauren Shruyn (Greg), Kristen DeWilde (Kyle Shane), Cynthia Ferraguti and Lori Otte; and his great-nephew Colin Shruyn.
