It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Edward Ekleberry in Fair Haven, New Jersey, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gene Ekleberry and Dorothy Gibson; and his brothers, Ricky and Jimmy. He is survived by: his children, Dylan, Megan and Jesse; the mother of his children Cynthia; his grandson Hunter Thomas; and his sisters, Kathleen Skeen, Ruth Wallman and Mary Gazzo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thompson Memorial (310 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ 07701). A prayer was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor his memory by sharing a good meal with someone you love—and turning up a little Grateful Dead.
