He was predeceased by: his parents, William (Mary Rothstein) and NJ; and his wife Joanne. He is survived by: his brother David; and his children, Debbi, Gregg, Evan and Rebecca.

The family requests that donations be made to either Fulfill of Monmouth and Ocean Counties or Lunchbreak In Red Bank, both of which Mark was a contributor for decades in memory of Joanne's work with them.
