He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn; his parents, Nora and Jack; and his sister Jane. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Caruso (Joe), J. Greg Phelan (Kristina) and Patti Scanlon (Steve); his grandchildren, Jamie, Jenny, Jake, Madison, John, Andrew and Lynelle; and his great grandchildren, Mason and Charlotte.
