He is survived by: his children, Jo Heath (Bill), Jill Evarts (Scott) and Jim Butler (Dawn); his grandsons, Kyle (Katie), Gavin (Kacie), Colin (Danielle) and Derek; his stepgrandson Creston Evarts; his children, Rob and Christina; and his grandchild Ryan.
