He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Decher and Helen Decher; and his brother Ken Decher of California. He is survived by: his wife Vanda Twist Decher; his sisters-in-law, Joan Decher of California and Muriel Fallon of Florida; his children, Kim Barkow of Wisconson and Charles Creel (Margarite Scanlon) of Howell, NJ; and his grandchildren, Robert, Adam, Zack, Amanda (Wisconsin), Joseph and Brian (New Jersey). He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.
