He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Winslow and Frances Winslow; and his brother Steven Winslow. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Hearney Winslow; and his daughters, Jessica Winslow, Melissa Winslow and Sarah (Ziya Pehlivan).

His family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Walt's memory be made to American Legion Post 93, Trenton, NJ.
