She was predeceased by: her parent Carmine "Carmen" Chiacchio Sr.; her sibling Joseph Chiacchio Sr.; and her sibling-in-law Veronica Chiacchio. She is survived by: her parent Helen Chiacchio (Gliottone); her child Mark Buchanan; her significant other James H. McNellis; her children, Antoinette Marchildon, Angela Scheideler, Shannon McNellis and Nicholas McNellis (Becky); her brother Carmen Chiacchio Jr.; her grandchildren, Jason Marchildon, Bryan Marchildon, Michelle Scheideler, Gina, Diamond, Skylar McNellis, Chelsea, Katie and Marissa Hayton; and her great grandchild Adrianna Fell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
