He was predeceased by: his wife Clara Weis Loewenstein; his daughter Judith Halpern; and his child-in-law Janee Loewenstein. He is survived by: his son Alan Loewenstein; his son-in-law Howard Halpern; his grandchildren, Justin, Jodi, Evan, Mark and Jamie; and his great grandchild Jack.
