He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rafferty Holohan; his son John Holohan; his sister-in-law Elaine Rafferty; his grandchildren, Oliver and Lucy; his nieces and nephews, Michele Guerino (Joseph), Cynthia Rafferty, Michael Rafferty, Devin Rafferty (Katherine) and Dana Rafferty; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sofia, Eva Guerino, Peyton, Conor and Ethan Rafferty.
