He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Ann "Goodsie" Charen; and his daughter Susan Charen. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Charen (Randi); his grandchildren, Daniel and Alexandra; his son Michael Charen (Pam); his grandchildren, Ashley Ziff (Elan Ziff), Ali Brewster (Jeremy Brewster) and Rachel Sieg (Fritz Sieg); his son Andrew Charen (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jake, Emily and Rebecca; and his great grandchildren, Grady Brewster and Shai Ziff.
In honor of Marvin Charen's life, donations may be made in his name to Magen David Olam.
