She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Susko and Mary Susko (Tamesa); her former husband Theodore Pultorak; her husband John J. Buffin; and her siblings, Mary Mankovich, Anna Plank, Elizabeth Basarab and Michael Susko.
She is survived by: her children, Carol A. Willis (Leonard) and Jack Buffin of California, MD; her sister-in-law Nancy Susko; her granddaughters, Cynthia Willis, Diane Suzuki, Rachel Buffin and Emily Buffin; and her great grandchildren, Matthew and Nora.
