She is survived by: her parents, Antonina Litus and Sergey Kurkin; her husband John; her children, Lily Treptow of Ewing and Don; her wife Catherine of La Jolla; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Treptow and Christopher Treptow; her siblings, Helen Downbnia and Anatol Zinchenko; and also William of Ewing. She is also survived by brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Louise's name to The Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity, 824.
