He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacob Silk and Anna Silk; his wife Marjorie Barish Silk; his daughter Sally Silk; his son-in-law Thomas Wolfe; his son Michael Silk; his sister Doris Kramer; his granddaughters, Julia Silk Wolfe (Jason Eckmann) and Madeleine Silk Wolfe; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Warren. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
