He is survived by: his wife Donna Mueller Amick (Mueller); his siblings, William Amick and Elizabeth Murtfeldt; his children, William Amick, John Amick (Katie) and Sally Russo (Richard); and his grandchildren, Jessica McKenney (Nick), Isabel Russo, Matthew Amick, Jack Russo and Zoe Abreno. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
