She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Scannella and Barbara Leyh Scannella. She is survived by: her husband Luigi Cifelli; her children, Nicholas L. Cifelli (Chelsea DiFrancesco) and Danielle M. Cifelli; her brother Raymond A. Scannella; her siblings-in-law, Concetta Mastroianni (Angelo), Toto (Rocco) of Florida and John Cifelli (Bina); and her pet Layla. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Constance's name to HCF (Healing Consciousness Foundation) 45th 2nd Street Pike, Suite 100, Southampton, PA 18966.
