He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy W. Rush Sr. and Mildred M. Rush. He is survived by: his sister Gina Griego (Bill); his wife June (Cobb); his children, Teddy Rush (Beth), Sherri Ramos (Pete) and Thomas Rush (Mecca); his grandchildren, Alisha McArdle (Josh), Alex Vasu, Brandon and Adam Rush; and his great grandchild Sammy McArdle.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to American Parkinson's Disease Association at apdaparkinson.org in memory of Ted.
