She was predeceased by: her husband Walter G. Parker; her son James A Parker, Sr.; her parents, Lela Sarah Bennett Foster and Christopher Baker Foster; her brothers, Melvin Foster, Christopher Foster, Samuel Foster, Keneth Foster and James Foster; and her sisters-in-law, Joan Foster and Christine Foster.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Dalton and Leroy Foster; her children, Walter Parker, Jr., Janet Cook, Debra Parker and Richard Parker (Marjorie); her daughter-in-law Judy Parker; her grandchildren, Michelle Lee, James Parker, Sarah Lee, Jessica Lee, Kevin Parker, Teresa Parker and Isaiah Parker; and her great grandchildren, Rosa Lee, Caiden Bone and Conner Bone.
