He is survived by: his wife Adelaide (Sissy); his children, Jennifer Stansbury, Nicole Stansbury and Vincent Ralph Osborn IV (Crystal); his grandchildren, Collin, Charles Jr., Cathryn, Lauryn, Gia, Hailey and Vivian; and his siblings, Michael Naulty and Shirley.
