He was predeceased by: his father Richard. He is survived by: his wife Regina; his children, Nadine Westrol (Michael), Steven McCullen (Taylor), Richard R. Playford, Jr. (Kasey) and Stephen Playford; his mother Jean Playford; his sisters, Jacqueline Fields and Evelyn Dooley; and his sister-in-law Cynthia Mauro (Rocco). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts and cousins.
