Devlin (Judi) of Erma, NJ and Tammy L. Devlin (Julie) of Lutherville, MD; her grandson Alexander; and her sister Eleanor Koons of Sullivan, ME. She is also survived by two brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
