Twilley (Erial, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 10, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Carol Gallagher (Frank) and Nancy Talbot. He is survived by: his spouse Arlene Twilley; his children, Glenn (Terry), Blake (Deborah), Jay, Joanne Clancy, Joseph Devenney, Francis Devenney (Penny) and Mary DiPierro (Anthony); his sister Judy Dalton (John); and his brother-in-law Joseph McDonnell (Dale). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter.
