He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Forman (Paul), Pamela Pudder and Tina Sorli (Paul); his nephew Joey Snyder (Cathy); his grandchildren, Paul (Kim Sorli), Michael (Kathryn Forman) and Jessica (Brian Lombardi); his stepgrandson Shane Delorme; his great grandchildren, Emily, Maya, Payton and Steven; his stepgreat-grandchildren, McKenzie Howell and Kolby Howell; and his great great grandchild Maverick Howell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
