He is survived by: his wife Renata Stofan; his son Nicolas Stofan of Englishtown; his parents, Jan Stofan and Anna Stofan; his siblings, Slavomir Stofan and Jana Svrcekova (Blazej); and his niece Kristina of Michalovce. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
