She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Hunko and Celia Hunko; her brother Robert Hunko; her brother-in-law George Hope; her adoptive daughter Michelle Bailey Diamonte; and her nephew Michael J. Ferriole.
She is survived by: her siblings, Roger Hunko (Kathleen) and Suzanne Hope; her sister-in-law Donna Hope; her daughter Cecile Andersen (Cindy); her nephew Donald Wagner (Lisa); her son-in-law Kenneth Andersen; her grandchildren, Amy Jo Suess (Barry), Bryan Andersen, Kelsey Langley (Eric), Victoria Wagner, Patrick Wagner and DJ Diamonte; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Freeman, Parker Jon Suess, Carter, Colton and Bailey Langley; her nieces, Melissa D'Amelio (Michael), Amanda Ferriole, Celia Hunko and Caitlin Pugh; her great-nephews, Michael, Joseph D'Amelio and Jaxson Ferriole; her great-niece Jenna Domingo (family: Alfonso, Luna, Jude); and her pet Roxy. She is also survived by many cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Memorial (20 Center St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (16 Mc Lean St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery (16 Mc Lean St, Freehold, NJ 07728).
Donations can be made in Barbara's name to Memorial Sloan Kettering or the Harness Horse Youth Foundation, New Jersey Camps/Kids.
